He must have thought this was his opportunity to take advantage of her. He Made her sign a power of attorney (wakale) he knew she would not question because she trusted him.
This crooked attorney then used his power of attorney (wakaleh) to do her "Haser Erith" as she asked but did not specify a fixed legal fee he would charge her. He did not specify his legal fees on purpose, for the sole intention of stealing her land.
By using the power of attorney, this unethical attorney charged a frail widow $128,000 for a straightforward "Haser Erith" on her deceased husband.
This crooked attorney is asking for $128,000 and after this frail widow passed away, he placed a lien on her inheritance for the amount of $128,000.
This thief is attempting to hold a public auction to sell her property to collect his illegal $128,000.
Maybe he thought no one would notice. Maybe he thought no one would object. Maybe he thought that since she lived alone and does not have any children that no one would hold him accountable.

يطلب هذا المحامي الملتوي 128000 دولار وبعد وفاة هذه الأرملة الضعيفة ، قام بوضع حجز على ميراثها بمبلغ 128000 دولار.
تحاول هذه اللصية إجراء مزاد علني لبيع ممتلكاتها لتحصيل مبلغ 128 ألف دولار غير قانوني.
